About the COMESA Court of Justice

The COMESA Court of Justice has jurisdiction to ensure adherence to law in the interpretation and application of the COMESA Treaty. It serves as the primary judicial body for resolving disputes among Member States, legal persons, and natural persons within the COMESA region.

The Electronic Case Management System (CCJ-ECMS) modernises court operations across the Appellate Division, First Instance Division, and Arbitration — enabling secure e-filing, real-time case tracking, and transparent access to court decisions for all 21 Member States.
